With the support of MAN and ADAC, a specialist committee under AutoHistorica organized a commercial vehicle colloquium for the Automobile History Society (AHG), at which historical, technical and economic topics were discussed.

In keeping with the topics of zero emissions and electromobility set by the Central Association of the German Motor Vehicle Industry (ZDK), AutoHistorica exhibited a Detroit Electric from 1915.

To mark the 100th anniversary of the ZDK and its predecessor organizations, AutoHistorica organized a special show with some historic cars.

With cutting-edge technology from 1951, AutoHistorica used a Goliath sports coupé to remind people of the possibility of achieving lower fuel consumption and CO2 emissions with relatively inexpensive direct gasoline injection.

At Agritechnica, Horst-Dieter Görg and AutoHistorica staged an exhibition of historical agricultural machinery including a steam plow set, consisting of 2 locomotives and a tipping plow - in memory of Max Eyth.

Marcel Schoch and AutoHistorica enriched Euromold, the world trade fair for design and product development, with 28 machines that traced motorcycle design from 1894 to 2004.

2004 • Automatica-Sonderschau : Hanomag Kommissbrot-Fließband 1925, München
Following the example of the assembly line production of Ford/USA (from 1913), Hanomag also introduced car production "on a continuous production line".

2003 • Euromold-Sonderschau : Nutzfahrzeugdesign 1896-2003, Frankfur/M
Although the first design contract was awarded in 1913 (Büssing to Neumann-Neander), engineers and production technicians determined the design of commercial vehicles for decades. From the beginning of the 1960s onwards, a European cab design became established. 6 distinctive trucks.

Using 10 objects, AutoHistorica looked at the beginning of the mechanization of agriculture with steam plows (England around 1850), continued by tractors (USA 1889) with gasoline engines and later with glow-head, diesel and wood gas drives.

50 years of the IAA Frankfurt (instead of Berlin): On behalf of the VDA, AutoHistorica staged a special show for the IAA 2001 of the automobiles that were exhibited in Frankfurt/M in 1951.

2001 • 100 Jahre VDA, Eisenach
On the occasion of the Association of German Motor Vehicle Industrialists, a forerunner of the VDA, founded in the Hotel Kaiserhof in 1901, AutoHistorica exhibited five contemporary motor cars at the same location as an accompanying program to the festive event.

A team under Horst-Dieter Görg and AutoHistorica evaluated the permanent exhibition of the objects owned by the Hanomag technology forum with a temporary special show about the ex-Hanomag factory driver Huschke von Hanstein on five contemporary motor cars.

On the occasion of the founding of the first German automobile club in Berlin in 1897, a "demonstration of motor cars" took place, which AutoHistorica repeated 100 years later with cars from Benz, Opel-Lutzmann and Daimler.

Embedded in floristic scenarios, the Erfurter Garden and Exhibition GmbH exhibited 32 automobiles, mostly from the new federal states, based on a concept from AutoHistorica, from the Wartburg 1898 to the Simson Supra 1925 to the Hotzenblitz 1996.

As a reaction to the automobile, which is essentially still prone to failure and requires intensive maintenance, the automotive trade developed from blacksmiths, precision engineering workshops and body shops.

The first bus with a petrol engine in 1895 was followed by diesel, trolleybuses and electric buses from the 1920s. The special show staged by AutoHistorica ranged from the horse-drawn omnibus of 1890 to the battery-powered electric bus of 1974.

In 26 productions, AutoHistorica took the most important steps in the development of our individual mobility, starting with Drais' running machine in 1817, through bicycles and motorcycles to passenger cars as a means of mass transport.

Its location at the intersection of north-south and west-east connections allowed Hanover to become the economic center of Lower Saxony. Horst-Dieter Görg, AutoHistorica and her team showed means of transport on land, water and in the air.

In 1986, the car department was doubled in size with an additional hall, with a corresponding increase in the number of exhibits. At the same time, the quality of the exhibition took on a new dimension in that the vehicle selection was based on the most important models in car development. This allowed the visitor to get an overview of 100 years of car history within 60 minutes.
